The Beauty Of High Tech.
It's
the most important part of your pool - the part you'll see
every day for the rest of your life. That's why we pay so
much attention to the quality of Hydra Vinyl Pool Liners.
We know your pool liner has to do more than just look good
today. It has to look good through years of sun, water, chlorine,
ultraviolet light, heat and cold, as well as everyday wear.
It has to fit your pool perfectly. No wrinkles. No bulges.
Not now. Not ever. It has to be as trouble-free years from
now as it is today. The material has to be the best available.
Seams have to be sealed absolutely watertight.
Today, Hydra uses the most advanced high
technology equipment, improved construction techniques, and materials
that only the space age could create. So while most pool liners are
warranted for 10 years or less, ours is warranted for a full 15 years,
on a prorated basis. (Ask us for details.)
In Vinyl, There's No Place For Second Best.
The
fine quality virgin vinyl we use in Hydra pool liners is the
result of years of research and development that's directed specifically
to the needs of pool owners. For example, it's produced with
custom-formulated inks that resist two of your pool's biggest
enemies - chlorine and the ultraviolet spectrum of sunlight.
When other pools are fading, yours will still look bright and
fresh. It's formulated with a built-in fungicide that serves
as a backup to regular chlorination and algicide treatment. The
tile-pattern trim is coated with an additional clear coating,
so it resists abrasion and soiling. The vinyl in Hydra liners
is highly resistant to tearing, puncturing, or cracking - even
at temperatures as low as -45° F.
Unlike most pool vinyl, ours is printed
with the advanced technology of electronic engraving. This guarantees
crisp patterns and consistent colors. Computerized color monitoring
assures that the color is bright and constant throughout.
The Hydra Warranty. Every Liner Has To Earn It.
Every Hydra liner carries one of
the best warranties in the business. But first, it has to earn
it.
We start with a computer-generated order
form with input guides to make certain the dimensions of the liner
pattern match up precisely to the
dimensions of your pool. Our state-of-the-art computer aided design
system (CAD) custom designs your liner to provide perfect fit,
without wrinkles or bulges. It determines the ideal size and shape
of each liner panel to be used in fabricating the finished product.
The computer system's digital output is then used to drive our
M90 computer-aided cutting machine. The result is a fully automated
electronic system that eliminates human error in manufacturing
even the most complicated pool liners. In cutting and assembling
your pool liner, we'll settle for nothing short of perfection.
By storing our materials in temperature-controlled
conditions, we avoid stretching or contracting due to temperature
changes. The vinyl is laid out on spacious, pool-size work areas
for cutting and bonding. All seams are bonded with a 3/4" overlap,
using the latest dielectric high-frequency equipment. This technique
actually rearranges molecules to bond both edges into one.
When your pool liner is finished, we're
still not done. Each liner has to pass a rigorous final inspection
before it leaves our plant. From start to finish, a typical pool
liner must pass more than 20 formal inspections before it's approved
for your pool.
So when you choose a pool liner,
