You have entered an established site, company, and business that will continue to be with you as long as you own your new or existing pool.  We have been HYDRA pool & liner dealers since 1995.  As well as having a great relationship with HYDRA we have a >95% referral rate with our customers.  When our customers move, they cannot move their pool with them, so they will call us to do another or purchase a new kit to put in.  Imperial Pools of St. Louis has connections with our wholesalers across the United States and some European countries.  If you live out of the St. Louis area, we can furnish material goods for you to pick up, delivered to your home or place of business.

Imperial Pools of St. Louis may be out working on your pool or someone else’s pool, but we will try to
return your calls within 48-72 hours.  There are times (even we take holiday) when we are unable to return calls when on holiday, but you will know this before hand.  This is what starts and keeps the best working relationship we have with our customers.  We keep you notified of shipments and if we are late for an appointment or just cannot make it that day!  We will call.

Imperial Pools of St. Louis are owned and operated by our family.  Robert & Cynthia Chase are the primary partners and operators of Imperial Pools of St. Louis.  Robert Chase started building in-ground liner pools in 1974 and Cynthia in 1981.

Experience...I do not think you’ll find a company out there who knows more about in-ground liner pools than we do.  Since we live in a diverse land mass in the state of Missouri, we have dug, bulldozed, hydraulically drilled, and manual dig in all kinds of soil.  We have ran into springs, underground abandon lakes, subdivision dumping grounds, Indian artifacts, sand, clay, clean black dirt, and of course our favorite; sheet rock!  We started our business in St. Louis (1981) while living in the Shaw’s Garden area and then moved to the Ozark Hills of the Mark Twain National Forest in 1989.  However, we can do so much from our office, just by telephone and computers we put your community in our office. 

We have Master Plans from St. Louis and St. Charles County by signing purchase of intent letter, permits will be a breeze.  Why a home base office...ever heard of overhead?  We try and keep our expenses low by working out of our home and utilizing our wholesalers as our stock keepers.  This is our only business; we sell kits and construct in-ground pools only.  We don’t sell fireplaces, pool tables or BBQ grills.  The business you give us is our bread and butter.
